How do you charge?
We do free estimates! Based off the size of the home and any special needs.
What is the difference between a basic clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean is like a maintenance clean. I tackle your everyday clutters and messes that accumulate and get things back in order for the household while cleaning, preventing dust to build up and germs to spread.A deep clean is getting in all the nooks and crannies. It's hitting everything with a fine tooth comb, getting those weird not thought of spots cleaned. I usually like to (but not required) do a deep clean before setting up a weekly or biweekly cleaning schedule so I am starting with a fresh clean slate. Deep cleaning I usually schedule for a full day, depending on the size and condition it might require 2 cleaners.
Do I need to be home? Do I leave? Can you just go while I am at work?
This is completely up to the client and your needs. The most common is that the client is not home and we do clean while your at work or out running errands. Sometimes we might be in your way while we’re cleaning if your home. But either way we don’t mind. We put our music on with our headphones and just get into our groove!
Do I need to tidy up or clean anything before you come? My home is very messy… my kitchen is a disaster.

Are you suppose to tip your house cleaner/house keeper?
That is completely up to you! Tips are not required, are greatly appreciated. Most common gift clients do is yearly bonuses and holiday bonuses, again not required- just what’s been most commonly done throughout the 10+ years!
What if you miss something or I am unhappy about something?
As much as I hope this will never happen, I can't promise it won't.We are human (as much as we try to pretend we're superhero's),But what I can promise you is that we will make it right. If your unhappy with something- please let me know, send me a picture.Let's see how I can fix it for you! If we missed something- send me a picture and let's discuss how I can fix it for you! We take a lot of pride in our work and it's our mission to make your life easier. So don't ever be afraid to tell us if there's any issues or concerns.
What if I need to cancel last minute?
Things happen, life happens- we get it. We all have families. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible and that your honest with us! We also ask for the same in return if for some reason the tables turn in the future due to unforeseen events. We do charge a No show fee and have a cancelation policy
